See attached image, screen should be all white with text. It appear to be
shifted down by 1/4 of window height, affect whole game, intro screen, menus,
actual game. Everything else seems to work.

Using wine 0.9.52 on gentoo (also tried 0.9.49-51)
kernel 2.6.23-gentoo-r3
nvidia-drivers 100.14.19

game doesn't work in full screen, so I executed it as
wine explorer /desktop=game cmr4.exe
