[Bug 26975] configure can't find OSSv4 (both Wine and OSSv4 is current from git and mercurial respectively)

If you look at config.log and search for oss_sysinfo you should find the failed
program source code and compiler output. Try attaching config.log here so we
can take a look. Thanks.
