Dimitry, I think that Alon Bar-Lev has hijacked this bug. The problem is _not_ solved on my machine, and I am the OP of this bug. I was gone for two days (physics exam) and when I returned I found this bug now closed. I am still getting the "Swedish vowels". I can use http://gibberish.co.il to translate the text, but I don't think that is an ideal solution. I am reopening the bug as the problem is not solved.
