Happens also with 10.0.0~bookworm-1 and a source build. Unfortunately, did not see something obvious. Right before the RaiseException(0xe06d7363/*EXCEPTION_WINE_CXX_EXCEPTION*/) are two calls to PathFileExistsW. The second one gets just an empty string and returns failure.
