WINEDEBUG=+shell for AppleApplicationSupport64.msi

Same with wine 2.13. iTunes doesn't start. Again libs installed only to Program
Files (x86)/Common Files.

Running extracted AppleApplicationSupport64.msi: 

_SHGetCurrentVersionPath returns the wrong(=32bit) path for 
CSIDL_PROGRAM_FILES = 0x0026 and CSIDL_PROGRAM_FILES_COMMON =  0x002B
