I made up a kind of stub implementation, butr i don`t know if it`s (more or less)correct. If someone could review or point to right direction this would be fine (i`m just an amateur;)).
This patch lets Bethesda updater not crash anymore, and it starts doenload things. After that though, it just exits silently, don`t know why
