[Bug 13974] New dialogs don't have focus

I use KDE 3.5.7, but think that bug is on all. I don't have wine-0.9.59.
The bug 12475 don't says if pop up windows accept typing normal or special
characters.
On bug 13974 only special characters (ç, accent," etc.) are refused. Accent is
very important to Portuguese, Spanish, Russian etc.
