[Bug 24289] Office Word 2007 : Drag from native apps, drop to word doesn't work

Still an issue in 1.7.42. Log attached.

This was the test case I did:
* Open Word 2010 from the command line:
env WINEPREFIX=/home/geoffrey/.wine-office2010 WINEARCH=win32 wine
"/home/geoffrey/.wine-office2010/drive_c/Program Files/Microsoft
Office/Office14/WINWORD.EXE"
* Open Firefox and navigate to a JPG file from the internet
* Drag the image into Word
