You'll need to switch the user agent to pretend to be on Windows to be shown the download button labeled "Install". Otherwise the Store only shows a "Copy link" button. The error can be worked around with `winetricks dotnet48`, although the next crash due to missing Windows.Globalization.GeographicRegion (bug 58907) follows quickly.
