FYI, the state of the cursor blinking is not controlled by FC5 keyboard in
System -> Preferences. For gnome and KDE GUI there are own means to disable
cursor respectively. But I don't think wine uses any these as wine GUI
component, does it?

I am really a newbie to Linux GUI development, so I am not sure which GUI
component is used for wine. So if this bug cannot be fixed, I am happy
likewise.
