[Bug 11059] Sid Meier's Railroads Demo crashes on startup

I found out that I can set 1920x1080 resolution so I did that, also I set few
settings better (needs to restart game).

Also I set override for d3dx9_28 via winetricks, 

The water works now.

That's the only override I have currently.
