[Bug 40079] WineHQ 1.9.2 doesn't recognize the ALSA audio system in Ubuntu 15.10

If you are using PulseAudio, then Wine by design reports that there is only one
device, the PulseAudio sound server. If you want to direct your application's
audio to another device, you should use a PulseAudio mixer (e.g. pavucontrol)
to do that.
