[Bug 20979] ./wine wrapper script broken when --with-wine64 is used

Notepad now starts, but it's the 32-bit notepad, even in a 64-bit prefix and
even if I use the wine script from the 64-bit build tree. But it seems either
one can load the 64-bit winetest.exe.

So IMHO this is still a little "broken".
