Pressure works but curves are blocky, CC 14.2

Update on the above, the "Final patch candidate" posted here worked, but
there's still the problem mentioned in the comments in
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=29871, where curves turn out blocky if
using tablet (mouse is ok).

Compiled on Trusty i386.
