[Bug 18387] Oblivion doesn't quite make it all the way down

Quick correction. If you quit from the main menu before starting a game, it
seems to make it all the way down. Try quitting from ingame however, and it
hangs. And no, going back to the menu first and then quitting from there
doesn't work; it hangs anyway.
