[Bug 56663] CNC3 exits silently when alt-tabbing

With Wine 10.8 the game no longer crashes, but the screen is never redrawn so
you're left with a black screen. A new line is printed in the console:

0124:fixme:shell:foldermanager_QueryInterface interface
{00000126-0000-0000-c000-000000000046} not implemented
