[Bug 39743] Dragon NaturallySpeaking 13.0 does not train new user or run old one with sound error

WINEDEBUG set to mono.

After the program has loaded, it gives a dialogue that says: 
In: default (Unavailable) 
which I'm pretty sure means it can't find the incoming sound. When I respond to
the box by either clicking "Cancel" or "add new dictation source" I get a
crash.

NatSpeak 13 did run with wine 1.7, HOWEVER, it couldn't train a new user, and I
had to import user data from an earlier NatSpeak.
