[Bug 14163] .NET Framework 2.0: Crash'n burn on install.

I used Nathan's method:
The installer kept failing on me, but I managed to install like this:

$ cabextract -d dotnet dotnetfx.exe
$ cd dotnet
$ wine install.exe 
----------

It installed, gave me the same error as him. I repaired installation, and
things on wine are running slugish but at least running.
