Finally found a workaround.

Using Wine-1.9.11.

To the file
/etc/pulse/daemon.conf
I added the line
resample-method=src-linear

Then restart Pulseaudio.
pulseaudio -k
pulseaudio --start

But for Ubuntu-12.10 the file seems to be /etc/pulse/default.pa (default.pa
instead of daemon.conf).
