It's not clear from the log what's going wrong.  However, WinPCap installs a
network filter driver, and that won't work in Wine, nor is it likely ever to be
supported.

Since the interface to WinPCap is nearly identical to libpcap, it should be
possible for you to write a replacement WinPCap dll that talks natively to
libpcap.  Or, contact the Cain & Abel developers and ask for a port.
