Wine does this error: couldn't find Itcl_Init
Under Ubuntu 10.04 and 11.10 amd64 and respectively under wine 1.3.37 and
1.3.28
executing a Windows tcl app. The problem is reproducible simply downloading the
standalone password gorilla windows exe and trying to execute it.
