Hmm, logoncli.dll might not have anything to do with the problem after all. It
turns out the crash does not occur in vanilla Wine as long as you run `wineboot
--init && wineserver -w` before `wine FACEITInstaller_64.exe`. So the real
problem appears to be incomplete initialization of the Wine prefix.
