I had OpenGL set for max version 4.5 (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\Direct3D)
I tried removing Direct3D : the specular error disappeared but the game still
didn't started.
I tried adding it again set for 4.6, the specular error came back and no start.

So I guess this was not the root cause.
