Ok, today I found the solution - after thoroughly studying recommendations that
were already there.
It was all about replacing d2d1.dll with a native one and put it into the main
directory of T(a)X.
Having done this it is working smoothly - for T(a)X professional as well.
So, this ticket can be closed - it took me quite a while to find out what is
the right fix.
