[Bug 27605] New: cmd can't handle Ctrl-C

When using wine cmd, Ctrl-C cannot be handled, instead, cmd will exit. I'm
using wine on Fedora.

1. $ wine cmd
2. press Ctrl-C

cmd exits, but it should not.
