I can't confirm this bug report, it's not regression for me. Versions:
 * 1.1.41, 1.1.42, 1.1.43, wine-1.1.43-387-gce3c1df

works for me in full screen and also in windowed mode (800x600) --both tested
under each mentioned version.

 * winetricks ie6
 * nVidia GT8600 v195.36.24
 * default AO installation and default graphics setting
