[Bug 47070] DA: Inquisition can't see gamepad

Other games works fine with my generic gamepad.
But implementation of gamepad detection in Inquisition is weird.

And also... i cant use x360ce methods and many others - nothing works.

I've tried to disable some gamepads in "wine control", but nothing happens.

Everything works fine in other games, but nothing with Inquisition.
