Is there a failure in the application besides the err: messages on the console?
Here's the complete log. It seems this marshalling error leads to incorrect double being initialized, which leads to the abnormal termination of the program. On Windows it's ok. With DCOM98 installed this error also doesn't show up: fixme:sync:CreateMemoryResourceNotification (0) stub fixme:shell:URL_ParseUrl failed to parse L"msvcm90" format: mzML (Precision_64 [ 1000514:Precision_64 1000515:Precision_32 ], ByteOrder_LittleEndian, Compression_None) indexed="true" outputPath: . extension: .mzML contactFilename: filters: filenames: /****/M258-F09-C1208-P2510-1.RAW processing file: /home/astukalov/vshare/M258-F09-C1208-P2510-1.RAW fixme:shell:URL_ParseUrl failed to parse L"System.Windows.Forms" fixme:shell:URL_ParseUrl failed to parse L"System" fixme:shell:URL_ParseUrl failed to parse L"System.Drawing" err:ole:CoInitializeEx Attempt to change threading model of this apartment from multi-threaded to apartment threaded err:ole:marshal_object object doesn't expose interface {00000126-0000-0000-c000-000000000046}, failing with error 0x80004002 err:ole:ClientIdentity_QueryMultipleInterfaces IRemUnknown_RemQueryInterface failed with error 0x80004002 err:ole:serialize_param Unhandled marshal type 7. err:ole:deserialize_param No handler for VT type 7! err:ole:serialize_param Unhandled marshal type 7. err:ole:deserialize_param No handler for VT type 7!
