And right now I can't have another one! More on the issue: wine-0.9.58 registers plsqldev window correctly, but I can't use it, coz it freeze every program I try to run, you just have to minimize it and upon restore it will freeze the window... Ok, so initial bug I filed was about 0.9.59, as I see bug arose between .58 and 0.59.
