Update for Wine 9.22:

Still the same behavior as last time. After installing Totem Arts Launcher, I
get that prompt to install the UE Redistributables, I agree and it proceeds to
install them. Yet, whenever I exit the launcher and enter it again, it keeps
asking for the redistributables as if they weren't even installed last time.
So, same behavior.
