nvidia 8600 gts (drv. 168.09)
wine 0.9.54 (no other version tried)
and yes I have many messages like this:

fixme:d3d:state_fog Implement table fog for foggy vertex shader
fixme:d3d_shader:IWineD3DVertexShaderImpl_CompileShader Vertexshader 0x34200a0
recompiled more than 50 times
