Without knowing Russian it is too hard to test this application, I assume the bug is still present because of a message when trying to press the menu item with shortcut CTRL+A (which hopefully is Save).
The application UI is in Bulgarian language, I can guess some words, but most of UI is gibberish for me as well.
Interesting, I trusted comment 4 for the language.
