Running iphlpapi test case, in ipstats.c line 1992

if ((len = readlink( link, name, 32 )) > 0) name[len] = 0

len==32 thus exceeding the bounds of line[32].

I did double check with

if ((len = readlink( link, name, 32 )) > 0) assert(len<32),name[len] = 0

I found this one with a sanitized version of wine.
