[Bug 45735] Neo Manager (formerly known as Alphasmart Manager) not installed, cannot read out via USB

I did so. Wine-stable 3.0. Same crash occurred. Program (NEO Manager) seems to
be installed anyway but does not recognize device connected via usb. Back trace
is attached.
