I can't reproduce this in Wine Staging 6.1

Installed GOG Galaxy 2.0.35 with official installer on a fresh Wine prefix. Had
no issues, other than an unrelated bug with OpenGL
(https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44985)
