[Bug 17740] Wine -> Programs: Start menu entries not created

With WINE 1.1.26 I see teh same behaviour as previously reported. In KDE's
"startmenu" --> Wine --> Programme --> ... there is only "Zubehör" -->
"Editor". But the desktop icon starts the program as requested.
