[Bug 27168] chromium-based apps can't load https sites

I have now tested the newest git with Guild Wars 2 and finally all https sites
are loading but there are still problems:

- Sometimes a site doesn't load. If so all next tries are failing until the
game is restarted.
- All sites have visual corruptions. Some pictures are not drawed and some
objects are overlapping.
