[Bug 24203] Worms Reloaded: No input detected at "Push any key to start" splash screen

This has been fixed for me with the recent Worms Reloaded patch. 
Unfortunately, nothing in the patch notes indicates the possible cause of the
problem or the reason for its sudden resolution.
