[Bug 17818] Runes of Magic menus like EULA or login doesn't appear on some graphic cards.

Do you have all required resolutions configured in xorg.conf? Verify with
running 'xrandr'. It should list all available modes.

No answers to any of those questions. Try again. If you do not understand what
any of that means - ask your distro support forum.
