[Bug 45199] Many applications and games fail to start/ crash after upgrading to Wine 3.8 on ArchLinux (broken package)

OK, I was able to get the crash in Microsoft Word 2010 and it looks like it's
for the same reason I described in my previous comments.

These functions (at least) are hot patched, probably by mso.dll:
SysFreeString
VariantChangeType
VariantClear

Again, enabling WINEDEBUG=relay makes the application work with unmodified Wine
3.9 on Arch Linux.
