[Bug 38216] Wrong screen in Civilization V with new engines. Good with old 1.7.18.

Hi,

I narrowed the search.
Good screen up to engine 1.7.23
Bad screen with all engines >= 1.7.24
With engine 1.7.38 no image at all. Just contours.

Why there is global regression? Is there any good news?
