Regarding PlayOnLinux and similar bugs, simply ask the reporter to retest with vanilla wine and a clean WINEPREFIX. If the bug is still present, valid. If not or they don't retest, close invalid/abandoned.
I don't see in the comments of this report that you did that.
I did not in this bug, I got to the discussion a bit late.
