[Bug 17672] Wine denies access to Oracle Client install folder

I did not install anything else prior to running the Oracle setup (a clean
.wine folder). The initial setup program copies its own JRE to a temporary
directory and executes the Oracle Universal Installer from there. The JRE
version it includes and runs on is 1.4.2_08.
