Bug when running any wine or winecfg command

This is a duplicate of Bug 106825 which appears "lost" in the Wine Database.

Hardware: ARM Raspberry Pi
Wine Version (05/12/2013 U.S. Central 06:00 PM):

Already up-to-date.
