I've had trouble gathering the +d3d log - with full trace, warn, fixme etc it slows the app down so much the server kicks it off before you connect fully. I've tried just +warn,fixme,error but it doesn't seem to give anything useful at the seg fault. I'll have another go at getting the trace tonight streaming the trace to file -see if that gives enough speed back.
