I can make a secure connection to config.hitman.io with this hacked up version
of the winhttp test. Can you run it like this and report back?

$ WINEDEBUG=+winhttp,+secur32,+seh,+tid wine winhttp_crosstest.exe winhttp

What version of GnuTLS are you using?
