That it draws rectangles instead of ellipses with this patch is unsurprising -
generate_ellipse_top_half can only return 0 if called that way.

GDD71: out of curiosity, does mspaintxp has all those drawing artifacts when
drawing round rects under 9.18 ? I mean those when you drag the rectangle to
size...(normal rectangles aren't affected)
