It is said that I need the Compatibility pack(which does not make sense, because this small app is expecially for this file-format and btw. it is not needed at Windows XP), so I installed it(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=941B3470-3AE9-4AEE-...) without an issue. But it again wants this pack to be installed... .ppt-files run fine(tested a lot from different office-versions).
