With your patch the lol.launcher.exe does not crash, without it crashes. But the launcher itself did not work, like it did with my normal wineprefix. I had to install "ie6" with winetricks before the launcher really worked. Without "ie6" I also got an error during the setup when DirectX is installed, the installer just reported an error and existed. With the patch and a clean wineprefix I could also start the client from the launcher (with my normal wineprefix the buttons in the launcher are missing, but they are still clickable if you know where they are).
