[Bug 44296] Qt 5 programs fail to resolve DNS SRV records

Just to document the attached reproducible test case:

When running the test binary (TestServerResolver.exe) on Wine, the test-case
should fail:

FAIL!  : TestServerResolver::srvCustomPort() Compared values are not the same

On Windows, all tests should pass.
